Drug EducationThe Edge provides young people with all the information on drugs that they could possibly want – and probably some info that they don't want too! We make sure we are up to date with all the most recent research that there is on different drugs, so we can be sure that we're giving the best advice possible.Sometimes people hear things about drugs from older brothers and sisters, or older friends, or even from TV, film or music. And sometimes, this information can be almost right, but not all right. We like to make sure that people have the right information, because sometimes knowing only a little bit can be worse than knowing nothing at all. You can ask us anything – absolutely anything - about drugs, either by picking up the phone and calling 01635 582002, filling out an e-form or by dropping into the Waterside Youth and Community Centre, and you can be sure that you'll get the most accurate answer possible. |
